I donot think PSC is conducted re exam as for supreme court guidelines . because all most time is over its taken too much time and completely changed syllabus for 2 states .. Due to this delay its effected for further Group 1 notifications in 2 states .. I hope they will be cancelled 2011 notification and added that post in new notification . because PSC have the right to cancel notification at any time .
Question mistakes held in Prelims exam so if they stop recruitment at the time of prelims and re conduct exam this problem would be solved but they proceed without stopping at this stage.. how will come right justice now?
As of my opinion its better to cancel that 2011 notification and merge that posts with new recruitment .. So if they did like this they can save the future of both students .. nearly 5 years gone .. No new recruitment from APPSC .
